Transparency Report
1. Scope
This Transparency Report covers the SocialGryd Platform (website, apps, Marketplace, Partner Portal, Creator Hub) operated by SocialGryd Limited, Estonia. Reports are published at least twice a year, aligned with the H1 (January-June) and H2 (July-December) periods, and are archived on this page.

3. What Each Report Will Cover (DSA-Aligned)
Under Articles 15 and 24 of the DSA, our transparency reports will disclose:
- Orders from authorities (Article 9, 10): number of orders received from EU Member State authorities to act against illegal content and to provide information, broken down by category of illegal content and by Member State; median and average response times; number of orders we challenged or declined; aggregated type of action taken.
- Content moderation undertaken on our own initiative: aggregate number and type of content-moderation actions (removals, restrictions, age-gating, labels, account suspensions and terminations), broken down by policy category, by detection method (automated, user report, trusted flagger, own-initiative human review), and by jurisdiction of the affected recipient.
- Statements of reasons (Article 17): aggregate volumes and categories, including submissions to the DSA Transparency Database operated by the European Commission.
- Notices from users and trusted flaggers (Article 22): number and type of notices received, processing times, and outcome.
- Internal complaint-handling (Article 20): number of complaints received against moderation decisions, subject matter, median resolution time, and decision reversal rate.
- Out-of-court dispute settlement (Article 21): number of disputes referred to certified bodies and outcomes.
- Measures against misuse (Article 23): number of suspensions under Article 23(1) and (2), and the reasons for them.
- Automated means: the indicators of accuracy and error rates of any automated content moderation systems where used.
- Average monthly active recipients: for the purposes of the VLOP/VLOSE threshold under Article 24(2).
4. Additional Voluntary Disclosures
- Law enforcement requests globally: number of requests, broken down by country, type, and whether we produced data, refused, or the request was withdrawn.
- Copyright (DMCA and equivalent) notices: number received, number actioned, counter-notices received.
- Child safety: number of reports made to NCMEC (aggregate), number of CSAM hash matches removed, and number of accounts terminated for CSAE violations.
- Data subject rights requests: number of access, deletion, portability, correction, and objection requests, and median response times.
- Personal data breaches: whether any were notified to a supervisory authority in the period, and high-level categories.
- Administrator actions: total profile boosts applied, boosts expired, and boosts disclosed on-surface.
5. First Report: H1 2026 (Placeholder)
Because the public Platform enters general availability during 2026, our first full report will be published by 31 July 2026 and will cover all activity from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026. If no activity occurred in a given category, we will record "0" rather than omit the category. Figures will be independently reviewed internally and, where required by the DSA for VLOPs, externally audited.
6. Methodology
We source figures from: internal audit logs, Cloud Logging exports, DSA Statement of Reasons submissions, ticket system records, and breach register entries. Where methodology changes, we disclose it in the relevant report.
