Everything you need to know about joining the SocialGryd partner programme.

Getting Started

You get free exposure to a fast-growing community of professionals. Partners benefit from:

  • A free listing on the SocialGryd Discovery page
  • Verified footfall through the SocialGryd Membership Card
  • No commissions, no booking fees, no subscription until 1 July 2026
  • Direct links to your website and booking system
  • Inclusion in campaigns, local promotions, and community events
  • Priority visibility as an early partner

Your only commitment is offering one free day pass per SocialGryd member (lifetime) and a minimum 10% discount on goods or services.

You provide a free day pass and a 10% discount to SocialGryd members. Users visit your space, you verify their membership card via QR and OTP, and you log the visit in the partner dashboard. Members book directly with you. SocialGryd does not sit between you and your customers.

No. Partner onboarding and platform listing are 100% free until 1 July 2026.

Yes. All partners complete a short Partner Agreement outlining the free benefits you provide and confirming the collaboration terms. It takes less than two minutes.

Every partner agrees to:

  • One free day pass per SocialGryd member, lifetime
  • Minimum 10% discount on goods and services
  • Optional: additional perks if you want to stand out
Membership and Verification

Members have a digital card with:

  • A scannable QR code
  • A unique Membership ID
  • A one-time token (OTP) for verification

You scan the QR, enter the OTP, and the visit is logged. The system prevents repeat redemptions.

Partners use the Partner Dashboard (web or mobile) to log visits. Each redemption is stored in both your dashboard and the SocialGryd admin system for reporting.

No. Partners simply use the SocialGryd Partner Dashboard. No plugins, no API integrations, no dev work required.

Listings and Visibility

Yes. Each location must have its own listing, due to different offerings and images. Multi-location management is supported within one login.

Listings stay active throughout the free partner period. We will reach out before 1 July 2026 with renewal options.

Yes. SocialGryd is an open marketplace. Increased options drive more users, which benefits every partner.

Most likely. We regularly feature partners in country-specific highlights and campaign pushes. Tagging @SocialGryd on social media increases your chances of being reshared.

We promote partners through:

  • Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
  • Email campaigns to users
  • Local promotions and community events
  • In-app highlights and discovery features

Early partners receive extra visibility as we build density in each region.

Payments and Bookings

No. They go directly to you. SocialGryd is a discovery and community platform.

No. SocialGryd never takes commission. We are a marketing and discovery platform, not a booking platform.

All payments happen on your website or through your existing booking system. We do not touch your revenue.

That is up to you. Since SocialGryd does not process bookings, we do not manage cancellations.

Pricing and Terms

This is still being finalised. Early partners will receive the lowest pricing tier and may receive exclusive partner benefits based on when they joined and their activity.

No. You can leave at any time during the free period with zero penalties.
